Would you believe that 9 out of 10 Christians could not lead a dying loved one to faith in Jesus Christ? At Southern Hills, we are all about equipping, empowering, and involving our people to share Jesus with those around them.
Outreach
Oklahoma City is our Jerusalem and we aim to love our community in the same way that Jesus loves us. We have a burden for the lost people around us and we seek to involve all of God’s people in reaching their neighbors.
Neighborhood Bible Studies
We encourage our members to open their homes and to invite their neighbors over for Bible studies. The goal is that these homes would be safe places where people are free to explore their faith and to ask questions about God and his Word without fear of judgment.
School Supply Giveaway
For the last three years, our deacons have lead in providing school supplies to children around our church campus. Currently, we have adopted Fairview Elementary, Southern Hills Elementary and Rockwood Elementary.

Vacation Bible School
This is one of our biggest outreach events of the year! We absolutely love VBS at Southern Hills and it is an all hands on deck event. Every summer, hundreds of our people work to decorate our campus, to plan activities and crafts, to prepare snacks, and the list goes on and on. We do this with the hope of being able to share Jesus with children and their families.
