The senior adults of Southern Hills live to serve our God and King! It is our goal to grow every day in our love for Him, in our compassion for others, and in our ability to impact our world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We sing, laugh, learn, and serve with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength. Come join us, and put your gifts, talents, and experience to work at seeing lives changed and souls saved.

So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me,
until I proclaim your might to another generation, your
power to all those to come. Psalm 71:18

Jubilee Singers

If you love to worship and have fun, this is the choir for you! This group is thrilled to minister to people through the avenue of music. They travel to Veterans Centers, Churches, and various Care Centers all over the state. They rehearse every week at 3:30 p.m.

B.A.L.L. Club

Once a month we have a delicious meal and an inspiring, enjoyable program for our Senior Adults. This is the perfect place to fellowship with others at Southern Hills. B.A.L.L. Club is ideal for not only long-time members, but also for new members and guests. So please come, and invite a friend!

Weekly Bible Study

We have Sunday School classes for everyone! Whether you’re looking for a couples, mens, or ladies class, we have several for you to be a part of. Call Randy or Tommy and they would be happy to help you explore some options.

Game Day

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 1:00 p.m. we get together to play card games and dominoes! We provide the drinks and you players bring a favorite snack to share with everyone.

G@P (Grandparents at Prayer)

We know that our grandchildren aren’t growing up in the same environment that we did. We meet once a month to learn how to better pray for our grandchildren and their futures.

In-Touch Ministry

This group consists of members and volunteers. Committed volunteers minister on a regular basis to members who are no longer able to attend by making personal visits, phone calls, sending cards, and more to let them know they are still part of our church family.

Wisdom is with the aged, and
understanding in length of days. Job 12:12

Colorado Group
As a part of Regional Missions, our senior adults have spent the last several years partnering with churches in Colorado. This group is from the Fishers of Men class.

They still bear fruit in old age; they are
ever full of sap and green. Psalm 92:14

Santa showed up at our last Christmas Brunch!

Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is
gained in a righteous life. Proverbs 16:31

Our Jubilee Singers are about to make a surprise visit to some of our homebound members. They gathered on their front lawn, rang the door bell, presented them with a gift basket, and proceeded to sing some favorite hymns.
