Jeff & Shawnna married August 5th, 1995 - Aleigh - 14 - in 8th grade at Christian Heritage Academy Collin - 10 - in 5th grade at Christian Heritage Academy. Just welcomed our 3rd child: Kinlee Grace on January 9th.

Time in the Ministry/Call to the Ministry

God called me to the ministry when I was 16 years old. I attended Mid-America Christian University and graduated with a B.S. in Pastoral Ministry. I am about to finish my MDIV from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I have served on staff at SHBC for 7 years. I have been the “utility player” on staff serving as Minister of Missions & Evangelism, Associate Pastor, Pastoral Care & Membership, and now as Associate Pastor, Education!
Life Verse: “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24

Hobbies: long conversations with my wife; answering questions from my daughter; playing catch with my son; reading; landscaping; watching my beloved Boston Red Sox with my family

Favorite meal: Baked stuffed lobster; Mexican; homemade pizza

Favorite sports team/teams: Boston Red Sox; Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Something people would find interesting to know about me: While I love people, I am an introvert and love to be alone with a book in my hand.
I love trees and the ocean – the two biggest things I miss about the Northeast!
